Armed with these insights, we crafted bespoke messaging strategies for each segment. For the Broad-Engagement Fans, we highlighted the vast universe our brand offers, linking it to their wide-ranging interests to showcase the breadth of experiences available. Conversely, for the Brand-Aligned Superfans, we adopted a more intimate approach, focusing on personalization that celebrated the shared values and unique journey we have with them.
